Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Due to possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.

Overnight Shipping

Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can log in to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?

All orders must be submitted by noon (12:00 pm) PST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after noon, it will likely ship out the next business day.

What does it mean to place a pre-order?

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. You will not be billed for the item until it ships. We will send you an email at the time of shipment as well.

What happens if I am buying a pre-order item and in-stock items at the same time?

Once you complete the order it will be divided into two orders. Any in-stock items will ship out immediately and the pre-order items will ship once the items arrive in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you the pre-order has arrived and is ready to ship out. You will only be charged once for shipping (if applicable).

I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can log in to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request.

Do you provide gift receipts or gift-wrapping?

Gift receipts are complimentary and available with any order. Gift-wrap is available for an additional $5 per order. BURD will package the order in a gift box with bow and include a personalized card.

What are the international shipping fees and delivery timeline?

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75

Offer valid for international orders totaling $75 or more in US dollars before taxes or any fees, and only for customers shipping to an address outside of the United States. Packages will ship for FREE using Standard Shipping service (as detailed below).

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by BURDLIFE.Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).

Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
