What is the return policy?
Items purchased from BURDLIFE are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of purchase. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We make sure to only send the jewelry pieces that are in their best condition. To be eligible for an exchange or return, we only accept those items that are in the same condition as sent to you. In the case of us receiving an item damaged or signs of used, we will not refund the money.
*Please note: We do not offer any returns on international orders at this time.
How do I return my online purchase?

What do I need to include with my return?
We only ask that you include a copy of your invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you’re returning (unworn, with original tags). You can use the prepaid return label that we include as the postage to send the item back. The prepaid return label is the sticker attached to the bottom half of your invoice.
How do I return my in-store purchase?
Purchases made in store, must be return to the store only within the 7 day window.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to BURDLIFE please email us at myorder@burdlife.com and we will provide you will all the necessary steps.
Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.Any products in collaboration with another brand i.e Quay Sunglasses are not eligible for exchange or a refund.
